We considered client feedback and changes in the regulatory landscape during a recent project to update our claim forms in line with consumer duty requirements.
These changes ensure the forms better reflect the need for ease of use, particularly for our vulnerable customers, and provide a clearer indication of the information we require to assess a claim.
