In addition, employers also gain access to a vast range of support and assistance services designed to help businesses, managers and staff. From day zero or early interventions and rehabilitation of insured members to the Added Value Support Services available to all UK employees and - where applicable - their eligible dependants*. An extensive range of free, added-value, wellbeing services is available to all UK employees of our GIP clients – whether insured under the policy or not – along with their eligible dependants*. These include: an Employee Assistance Programme, the Eldercare Support Service, Virtual GP and Second Medical Opinion service (with Mental Health Navigtor).

Complimentary services to support managers – and corporate wellbeing strategy – are also included with our GIP contracts, such as day zero and early interventions, claims management and rehabilitation, mental health and absence management training for line managers, plus an employee communications toolkit to help ensure the best possible take-up of services. In addition, our Group Income Protection clients can take advantage of our Wellbeing Investment Matching initiative where appropriate.
