New complimentary ‘taster’ sessions for our Group Income Protection clients: Mental Health and Absence Management

Following the popularity of our mental health ‘tasters’, we’ve evolved our range of training sessions for HR and Line Managers. We can now offer absence management best practice training, alongside mental health awareness. All of this facilitated by one of our trusted wellbeing partners; Form Health, Teladoc Health or Working to Wellbeing.

Available to all our Group Income Protection clients, sessions are scalable depending on the choice of delivery partner, from around 10 to 100+ individuals. There are also in-person or online interactive options.

Absence management training topics include:

  • The Equality Act 2010 and reasonable adjustments – discussion on what is practical.
  • Framing difficult conversations and encouraging conversations about health within appropriate boundaries.
  • Understanding the importance of work as part of the rehabilitation journey.
  • Return to work planning, wellbeing action planning and reasonable adjustments.
  • Overcoming burnout for employees.
  • Introduction to psychological safety in the workplace.
