The Control & Co-ordination team deal with all operational aspects of Claims management. We exist to make sure that our processes are constantly reviewed and improved, and to enable our Claims Handlers to focus all of their effort on providing a technically excellent service to our clients.
With nearly 60 years of Generali experience within the team, we are able to adapt to any situation and we have the know-how to deliver a first class service to the rest of the Claims team and – by extension – to our Clients.
