Webinar - A data-informed approach to de-risking your workforce

About this event

In this webinar, we are joined by Kay Needle, Generali UK’s Early Intervention and Rehabilitation Expert. Also, Dr Nisa Aslam, Chief Medical Officer at Inuvi. We will explore how employers can leverage data to take a more personalised, data-led approach, better understand their workforce, design tailored interventions, and assess and evidence improvements.

Equipping employees to live a healthy lifestyle and intervening at the right time with the right service should be vital goals for any organisation. Employers, with their extensive reach, can significantly contribute to improving population health and wellbeing. However, this requires a significant responsibility, undertaking, and investment. Ensuring decisions are well-informed and evidence-based is crucial.

Despite the potential, research reveals disconnects between employers and employees regarding health and wellbeing. Benefits programmes are often designed based on industry benchmarks rather than the specific needs of the workforce.
