Generali UK Employee Benefits is launching new and enhanced Technical Guides and Policy Terms & Conditions documentation, applicable to all Employee Benefits new business quotations and existing business rate reviews.
We periodically review our Policy Terms and Conditions and the availability of policy features as part of our continuing commitment to bring you competitive UK group risk plans, and our ongoing commitment to fulfil the role of Lifetime Partner to our customers. Our intention is to provide wording that is clear, fair and not misleading.
The below Summary of Changes (SoC) document highlights the main changes to our Registered and Excepted Group Life and Group Income Protection terms for traditional and flexible benefits policies, in respect of:
- New business quotations effective on or after 1 January 2025
- Existing business rate reviews/rate guarantees expiring on or after 1 January 2025
